The MYBC held its first event of 2022 on Saturday, January 15 virtually over Zoom! We had a blast viewing birds up close at bird feeders all over the world. We all worked together to identify species, and some highlights include:
A visit to South Africa where we all saw a Green Woodhoopoe for the first time! We admired the 'hit-and-run' feeding strategy of Black-capped Chickadees, as one club member accurately described. And we ended our hang-out watching a beautiful flock of Evening Grosbeaks in Ontario, Canada.
