Updated: Jan 7

EXPLORE PROJECT FEEDER WATCH AND MAKE DIY BIRD FEEDERS!

A Blue Jay perches facing to the left on a snow covered branch. There is a background of green and brown cedar leaves and bark.
Above: A Downy woodpecker hangs from a suet feeder as it snags a winter snack.

Join Mass Young Birders at Manomet Conservation Sciences for a morning of watching for sea ducks, observing Manomet's bird feeders, learning about Project Feeder Watch and then making your own feeders to take home! What a perfect way to welcome the winter season and making sure your backyard bird friends have some extra food for the harsh days ahead. We will talk the pros and cons of bird feeders and how we can support local birds. There will also be snacks and drinks for this festive morning.

We will meet at the main Manomet HQ building.
