We had our 2nd annual Community Bird Count this Saturday, January 22, 2022 at the Holyoke Boys & Girls Club with the Eagle Eye Institute and Latino Outdoors Western Mass!
It was freezing, but the birds were still out and about, and we had hot chocolate and donuts to fight the cold. A highlight of the count was a Cooper's Hawk that scared a humongous flock of Rock Pigeons and European Starlings, chasing them all around us.
